Terms of Service — ScholarAI

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using ScholarAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RSSKY ("we", "us", "our").

Section 2

Account & Access Code

When you purchase a plan, you receive a unique access code tied to your email address. This access code is:

Personal and non-transferable
Valid only for the duration of your purchased plan
Linked to a single device at a time
Your responsibility to keep secure and confidential

You must not share your access code with any other person under any circumstances.

⚠ Account Sharing Policy

Sharing your access code or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. Our system actively monitors for multiple device logins and suspicious access patterns. Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Section 3

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share your access code with any other person, group, or organization
Resell or sublicense access to ScholarAI or its generated content
Use automation, bots, or scripts to generate articles in bulk
Attempt to bypass device locking, rate limiting, or security measures
Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations
Use generated articles for academic fraud, plagiarism submission, or misrepresentation
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the ScholarAI system
Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose

🚫 Zero Tolerance for Account Sharing

We use device fingerprinting and IP tracking to detect account sharing. If detected, your account will be suspended immediately and permanently without any refund. Do not share your login credentials.

Section 4

Device Locking Policy

For security, each account is locked to one device at a time. You may switch devices subject to the following:

A 24-hour cooldown period applies between device switches
Repeated device switching may trigger a security review
More than 3 device changes in a 30-day period may result in account suspension
We reserve the right to block access from suspicious device patterns

Section 5

Plans, Payments & Refunds

ScholarAI offers three subscription plans:

Basic — ₦1,500 for 2 weeks access
Standard — ₦2,500 for 1 month access
Pro — ₦5,000 for 3 months access

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change with notice.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this service, we do not offer refunds once an access code has been issued and articles have been generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the service, contact support within 24 hours of purchase.

Section 6

Generated Content

Articles generated by ScholarAI are produced using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

Generated content is intended as a research assistance and drafting tool
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing generated content
ScholarAI does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or academic acceptability of generated articles
You must not submit generated articles as your own original work without proper disclosure where required
We are not liable for any academic, professional, or legal consequences arising from use of generated content

Section 7

Privacy & Data

By using ScholarAI, you consent to the collection and use of the following data:

Your name and email address for account management
Device fingerprint and IP address for security purposes
Article generation history for your account records
Login activity logs for fraud prevention

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide and improve the Service.

Section 8

Marketing Communications

By registering, you agree to receive emails from ScholarAI including:

Your access code and account confirmation
Plan expiry reminders
Service updates and new features
Promotional offers and discounts

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting support. Transactional emails (access codes, receipts) cannot be opted out of as they are essential to the service.

Section 9

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
No refund will be issued for the remaining plan period
Your data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and fraud prevention purposes

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

ScholarAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic penalties, loss of data, or loss of earnings.

Section 11

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ScholarAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of significant changes via email.
